Ayurveda, the ancient science of health means "The Knowledge of Life". Inspired by nature itself, the unique and holistic science, addresses the mind, body and soul simultaneously. Thus, becoming a system that not only cures diseases, but works to help people arrive at perfect health.
To deliver the advantages of this universal remedy, in complete harmony with nature herself evolved - ANHC. A unique concept which sets you in a restful and relaxing ambience, while the ageless wonders of Ayurveda, are applied by highly qualified professionals.
Mon Day 1. Arrival in Goa – Yoga, Personal growth and evening meal
Tues Day 2. Ayurvedic treatment and Personal growth process and Yoga
Wed Day 3. Ayurvedic treatment and Personal growth process and Yoga – Free in afternoon
Thurs Day 4. Ayurvedic treatment and yoga Personal growth process
Friday Day 5. Ayurvedic treatment and yoga – Free in afternoon
Saturday Day 6. Ayurvedic treatment and yoga and free day
Sunday Day 7. Personal growth process and yoga
Monday Day 8. International departure
Daily Itinerary
7.30am wake up call – meditation (optional)
8am to 9.30 am – yoga (optional )
9.30 am to 10.30 – Breakfast
11am to 1pm – personal growth processes and or Ayurvedic treatment
1pm to 2pm – Lunch
2pm to 5pm – personal growth process and or Ayurvedic treatment
5pm to 6pm – Yoga (optional
6pm to evening – free time
When no personal process then the mornings will be replaced with Ayurvedic treatments and the afternoons and evening are free.

Transformation process
- A 1 hour pre and post trip meeting via phone with the individual to identify where they are now and where they occur after the process.
- Regular daily reviews in the course of the program to look at key individual areas arising for each person in the morning.
- Regular end of day debrief as a group and sharing of experiences of the journey and key area they are working with.
- 3 days of personal growth work around creating the vision and the life plan for 2009.
Outcomes:
